I love this. Yeah, the taste is what it is. Sometimes when you put them in the freezer it helps a bit.

It’s Monday! Let’s ground ourselves for the we

It’s Monday! Let’s ground ourselves for the week with a mindfulness practice.

Tune in to your surroundings.
Notice 5 things you see.
Notice 5 things you hear.
Notice 5 things you feel.

I did this early this morning before I recorded the video.
I could see the sun, some birds, the fence, the bare forsythia.
I could hear the trucks on a highway, birds chirping and I really tuned in and pick up the different birds, my dog running and the stones are my feet when I shifted.
I could feel the cold air, the chair against me, my hat on my head, the stones on my feet and the blanket against me.
