Did you know? I am a graduate from American College of Healthcare Sciences with Holistic Health Practitioner diploma. My intention is to provide you with tools and support you through postpartum that is accessible.

This box is part of that.  It covers most of the common complaints of postpartum

This box will be curated by me to help support you through the first 3 months of your postpartum. Boxes will be tailored to your needs and I will ask a few questions when I receive your order. The items within the box have varying servings and can be purchased through me if you want to refill it.  It contains a mix of supplements and self care items that will support you both physically and mentally.

Increasing milk supply boxes will contain products that may help boost supply.

Milk-reducing boxes will contain products that may reduce supply.
